Cancellation Policy
For Memberships/Class Passes you can reschedule or cancel your booking from your profile at any time, as long as it's at least 24 hrs before the session starts. Cancelled bookings done in time will be credited back to your Membership/Class Pass. For Drop Ins you can also reschedule your booking from your profile, as long as it's at least 24 hrs before the session starts, but please note that if you cancel your booking, we don't offer refunds for any Drop Ins (Pilates, Yoga, Barre, 1-2-1). All cancellations regardless of Payment Option with less than 24 hr notice are non-refundable. If a class has less than the minimum number of participants, it might run via Zoom only.
